I will become a certified genealogist and provide services to clients who would like to research their family history. I will accomplish this by graduating with my degree in Library Informatics in December 2019 and maximizing my experience through a position within a library or information center. I will also complete a certification program to become a specialized genealogist.

Hobbies

·      Traveling – I had the opportunity to spend a month in Paris for a study abroad trip in June of 2018. I was also able to travel to Ukraine and Poland in June of 2019, for another study abroad trip. Cities included Lviv, Ukraine and Krakow and Warsaw in Poland.

·      Volunteering – I enjoy being politically involved and had the opportunity to volunteer for several candidates in Ohio during the 2018 election cycle.

·      Cooking – Enjoy making new recipes, especially baking.

Java POS Experience working with Java Point-of-Sale software through working in a retail setting.

Python Experience with Python programming language from a computer programming course (INF 120).

Office Productivity Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Acquired Microsoft Access skills through BIS 300 course.
